A FAREWELL CELEBRATION
Honouring Leadership and Embracing a Global Future
Over the past five years, the Raw Feeding Veterinary Society (RFVS) has thrived under the leadership of Presidents from Spain and South America. While one-year terms often limit the ability to implement long-term projects, current President Amaya Espíndola has provided steady, visionary leadership for two years and will continue into a third. Her focus: building a
strong foundation for future RFVS initiatives.
Under Amaya’s leadership, RFVS has achieved several key milestones. These include a successful presence at the London Vet Show, enhanced public engagement, and the launch of the groundbreaking Raw-Friendly Practice Accreditation a program designed to recognise veterinary practices and nutrition courses that align with raw feeding principles. This accreditation reinforces RFVS’s authority in evidence-based raw feeding and holistic pet
nutrition.
As her term draws to a close, Amaya is committed to leaving a legacy of global collaboration, opening doors across Europe, Latin America, and the USA. This year’s international speaker lineup reflects that vision and promises to inspire a united community of forward-thinking veterinary professionals.
